Nicole is a 60 year-old in a 24 year-old’s body, and a recent graduate with an obsession of traveling, horses, languages and tex-mex. She got to Paraguay in February of 2011 and now works as an Education and Youth Development Volunteer in the pueblito of Itacurubi del Rosario.
